We will need you to fill up and process the following:

1. Buyer’s Information Sheet
2. Reservation Agreement
3. Reservation Fee

We will need you to provide the following:

1. At least 2 government issued IDs
2. TIN number
3. Passport (required for foreign buyers)

Other contracts and documents to follow after, in coordination with your respective assigned broker / sales representative.

Reservation Fee is valid for thirty (30) days from the reservation date and upon signing of the Reservation Agreement.

Different payment terms are available for your convenience:

1. Spot Cash
2. Deferred Cash
3. Downpayment with monthly amortization
4. No downpayment scheme
